Cluster Management Organization
The Founding Members of the cluster assigned VKG Cluster Ltd. to perform the tasks to the cluster management, that company staff have extensive project experience and excellent professionals represented by cluster’s fields of activity.
Responsibilities of the Management Organization:
- Operational activities related to the implementation of the Cluster Strategy
- Provision of organizer- leader-service tasks in order to achieve the objectives of the Cluster

- Operation is transparent for members and the institutional system
of the Cluster
- The Founding Members have the right of command for Cluster Management in case of legal matters of the Companies accordance with the rules of enterprises, but the Council has the right of command relating to Cluster-operation issues.
The main elements of the Cluster Management services:
- Administration, keeping the contact
- Benchmarking club operation: exploration and adaptation of good solutions, organization of business meetings
- Project generation, organization of joint research and development activities: joint project preparation and development
- Organization of lectures, exhibitions and conferences, as well as domestic and foreign study tours, professional events, participation in conferences
- Expertise, competence related to the tenders of Clusters of activity
- Create production, innovation, supply, logistics databases and based on this provision a wide range of information of a for the members of the cluster
- Marketing, market analysis and market research activities, development of a common identity, exploratory research of needs
- General education and expert training, internal training related to the operation of the Project Management Organization
Scheduled services: incubation
We are planning to implement cluster incubation activities, under which we will contribute to the develop start-ups, by providing them complex service and operation (incubation) space. Due to the use of the service significantly can be reduced the initial difficulties of start-ups, innovation performance can be improved and can be accelerated their growth.
Members
The activity of VKG Cluster involves designers, constructors, operator companies, research institutes, institutions of higher education in water and environmental management, with aim to indicate the growth of the region and enhance the competitiveness R & D activities.
The strategic aim is the concentration of resources by reaching the critical mass in order to speed up of knowledge and know-how transfer. The cluster has established a framework that serves the business success of its members and is a successful base for regional economic development projects as well.
